Is this you?

Important agreements create more work than they should.

You need to understand what you’re signing, keep track of what’s been agreed, manage changes and obligations, and know when something needs specialist help — without turning every contract into a legal project.

💬

You’re not always sure what you’re agreeing to.

Important terms, obligations and risks can be difficult to spot before you sign.

▣

The important information lives in too many places.

Contracts, amendments, approvals, emails and messages get separated from the decisions they relate to.

👥

You don’t always know what you can push back on.

When the other side sends the contract, it can be difficult to know which terms are reasonable, what matters and where there’s room to negotiate.

Old templates can create new risks.

When wording is vague or things get added on as the work evolves, it’s easy for expectations to drift. That can create unnecessary risk around scope, payment, responsibilities or ownership, leading to misunderstandings, delays and extra cost later.

£

Routine legal support adds up.

Routine questions, contract reviews and template updates can mean going back to fractional legal counsel, advisers or external lawyers, while more complex matters often involve rebuilding context, finding the right documents and explaining what has already happened.

☷

Contracting still involves too much manual work.

Drafting, reviewing, chasing changes, getting approvals and finding the latest version often means jumping between documents, email and different people.

View all FAQs →
What is Kwibble?

Kwibble gives growing businesses a structured way to create bespoke contracts, review, approve, sign and manage everyday agreements in one place without needing an in-house legal team.

Is my information kept confidential when I use Kwibble?

Yes. In accordance with our privacy policy, we never share your data with third parties. Everything you tell Kwibble is encrypted and anonymised. Not even we can access it without authorisation.

How is Kwibble different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

Generic AI can help answer questions or draft text, but it isn’t built around the way businesses actually manage agreements. Kwibble is designed specifically for contracting, helping you understand what matters, keep decisions and changes connected, and move from review through to signing and follow-up in one structured process.

Can Kwibble help when an agreement changes after signing?

Yes. Kwibble helps you keep track of changes to scope, deliverables, commercial terms, approvals and ongoing obligations, so the latest position is easier to understand and less likely to get lost across documents, email and messages.

We don’t handle that many contracts — is Kwibble still useful?

Yes. Kwibble has different tiers depending on how you work, from freelancers and sole traders who may only need help with an occasional agreement, through to small teams and growing businesses managing more contracts, changes, approvals and obligations. You can choose the level that fits your needs.

How do we get started?

We’re currently running a private, invite-only beta. You can request a demo or join the waitlist, and we’ll get in touch if there’s a good fit for the current programme.

Can we use our own contracts and templates?

Yes. You can bring your own contracts and templates into Kwibble to review, understand and manage them, and you can also create new agreements using Kwibble. Our agentic drafting is designed to produce contracts around the specifics of your business and the deal, rather than relying on generic one-size-fits-all templates.

When should I use Kwibble instead of a lawyer?

Kwibble is designed for everyday contracting work where you need more clarity, structure and guidance. If something is unusually complex, high-risk or requires bespoke legal advice, that’s the point to involve a lawyer.

The cost is rarely one big contract problem.
